INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese for a tangier option) - filled with healthy fats, a source of calcium, and lower in lactose.
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess) - Rich in calcium, protein, B vitamins, and probiotics.
3-5 tablespoons (depends on your desired sweetness) Manuka honey (UMF 10+ or higher) - Excellent antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory, acts as a prebiotic, rich in antioxidants, and a great source of muscle fuel.
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract) - Rich in antioxidants and supports digestion.

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
RECIPE
1. Whisk together the mascarpone cheese and Greek yogurt until its a smooth and creamy blend.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until evenly blended. If you would like to adjust consistency to be less viscous, add a tablespoon of orange juice.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30mins.
