Manuka Honey Parfait

Make this delicious and healthy parfait rich in probiotics, prebiotics, and antioxidants to start your day, or satisfy a sweet tooth!

1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon Manuka honey
1/4 cup almonds (or walnuts)
1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
1/2 banana, sliced

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and cottage cheese until well combined.

Drizzle one tablespoon of Manuka honey into the mixture and stir.

Layer the yogurt mixture at the bottom of your serving glass or bowl.

Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices.

Sprinkle a handful of crushed almonds (or walnuts) on top.

Drizzle an optional extra teaspoon of Manuka honey over the parfait for extra sweetness.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
