Is the Manuka X Black Seed Oil better than Black Seed Oil alone?

It certainly is, and by a long shot! Manuka honey alone is extremely powerful and beneficial to the gut and skin (it is considered more beneficial than Black Seed Oil for many things). It also acts through different mechanisms than Black Seed Oil proving to be a powerful and complete natural antimicrobial, antioxidant, and inflammatory response supporter. When you combine both you are benefiting from a complete system in which one ingredient is covering the other's bases.

Not only does Manuka honey add on to the already powerful effects of the Black Seed Oil while improving its absorption in your body due to its ability to stick to the gut lining, the Manuka also significantly reduces the immense harshness of Black Seed Oil on sensitive gut tissue thus minimizing potential pitfalls of the BSO.

Can this be used on the skin?
